Statutory Data: EC No 648/2004
This page sets out information made available by Brio Fibre Solutions Ltd in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 on detergents, as it applies in Great Britain following amendment by the Detergents (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (S.I. 2019/672).
1. Scope
1.1 The information below relates to detergents made available by Brio Fibre Solutions Ltd to members of the general public.
1.2 In accordance with the final paragraph of Annex VII(D), detergents supplied exclusively for industrial or institutional use, for which a technical data sheet or safety data sheet is available, are not listed.
2. Nomenclature
2.1 Ingredient names are given in INCI nomenclature. Where no INCI name is available, the European Pharmacopoeia name is given; where neither is available, the common chemical name or IUPAC name is used.
2.2 In accordance with Annex VII(D), weight percentage ranges and CAS numbers are not given. Impurities are not considered to be ingredients.
2.3 The correspondence between INCI names, European Pharmacopoeia names and CAS numbers can be found in the European Commission CosIng database.
3. Labelling
3.1 Information on the content of constituents required under Annex VII(A) is given on the product packaging.
4. Medical personnel
4.1 In accordance with Article 9(3), an ingredient data sheet as described in Annex VII(C) is available without delay and free of charge to medical personnel on request to info@restorersapproved.com. Evidence of professional status may be requested.

6. Revision
