Dispatch
We dispatch orders within 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Products showing a longer lead time on their product page are dispatched within the time stated there.

Delivery options (UK only)

• Standard tracked – £4.99. Usually delivered 2–3 working days after dispatch. Free on orders over £75.
• Express – £6.99. Usually delivered the next working day after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates from our couriers and aren't guaranteed. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland may take longer.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Damaged or leaking parcels
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. See our Return and refund policy for details.
