1. Who we are

This website is operated by Brio Fibre Solutions Ltd, trading as Restorers Approved, registered in England & Wales (company number 17135385). Registered office: Lodge Cottage, Somborne Park, Little Somborne, Stockbridge, SO20 6QT. Contact: info@restorersapproved.com.

2. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case we will refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Using our products

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Test every product on an inconspicuous area before full use. Our products are designed for the fibres stated on the label and product page and should not be used on other materials. Keep out of reach of children. Safety Data Sheets are available on request.

6. Professional products

Products marked "Trade" or "For professional use only" are sold to trade and professional customers. By ordering them, you confirm that you are buying in the course of a business and are competent to use the product safely in line with its label and Safety Data Sheet.

8. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by using a product contrary to its label or directions for use, including failing to carry out a test before full use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to limit our liability. If you are a business customer, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in your home courts if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
